Maharastra,Pune: The Amateur Lagori Federation of India is a duly registered organization under the Charity Commissioner, Pune, and is officially operating across India.
However, Mr. Tushar Mahadu Jadhav has been misusing the name of the federation and spreading false information, thereby misleading the public.
Unauthorized Tournament and Referee Workshop
Mr. Jadhav has publicly announced the organization of a Junior National Lagori Championship in Nashik from 5th to 7th June 2025, on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Late Mr. Santosh Gurav. He has also declared a “Level 1 Referee Workshop” to be held on 3rd and 4th June 2025 at the same location.
However, both of these events are being conducted without any approval or consultation from the official body of the Amateur Lagori Federation of India (ALFI)—neither from the President, Secretary, nor any authorized office bearer.
Additionally, an unauthorized fee of ₹2500/- is being collected for the referee workshop, which is a serious matter and is deemed completely illegal.
Important Points:
No official meeting or resolution has been passed for the mentioned tournament.
ALFI has no involvement in these events.
Therefore, students, coaches, parents, and state associations are strictly advised not to pay any fees, donations, or contributions to Mr. Tushar Jadhav.
ALFI holds no responsibility for any such unauthorized financial transactions.
Any certificates issued during these events are completely unauthorized and will hold no legal or official validity.
Fake Meeting and Election in the Name of the Federation
Mr. Tushar Mahadu Jadhav is falsely claiming that the tenure of the current ALFI executive committee ends in 2025 and has announced an annual meeting and election to be held on 31st May 2025.
In reality, the official new committee of ALFI was duly constituted on 1st January 2023, and hence, there is no question of any further elections.
Therefore, the meeting and election announced on 31st May 2025 are completely unauthorized and illegal.
Final Clarification:
Mr. Tushar Mahadu Jadhav is not an official office bearer or trustee of the Amateur Lagori Federation of India. Any of his decisions, events, or actions are not valid or recognized by the Federation. ALFI will not be held responsible for any events, financial dealings, or announcements made by him under the name of the federation.
